“All I’ve Got”

The world of wrestling—real, imagined, and beyond—featuring all original characters. Each story in Kayfabe drew inspiration from sports entertainment wrestling but placed the action and drama within various genres. Some took a sci-fi, alien route while others gave a look at some fantasy style smackdowns. For my story, I wanted to do something a little more grounded and contrast the physical match between two rivals with their emotional backstory and personal journeys. I also partnered with Javier for this project—who I previously worked with on “Trapped in the Tower”—and he did an incredible job balancing the two sides of the story.
